As an artist, Anne is always exploring ideas and experimenting with new techniques. This piece was particularly exciting for her to create, as the paint became her partner, continually surprising her with its effects. The trickiest aspect for Anne is knowing when to stop working on a piece. She aimed to honor the freshness of the paint and preserve that vibrant energy.

USAAnne Bedrick finds inspiration in the vibrant landscapes she explores on her weekly hikes. A self-taught painter, Anne creates large-scale, colorful abstract compositions that have been exhibited in solo and group shows across the country and are collected internationally. She is represented by Pryor Fine Art in Atlanta.
Anne is deeply involved in the local art scene as a co-founder of Desert Open Studios and the founder of the monthly art walk in the Perez Art District. Her studio, Anne Bedrick Fine Art, was voted one of the top three galleries in the Coachella Valley by Palm Springs Life in 2020. She enjoys meeting art enthusiasts and helping collectors find pieces that resonate with them.
