Anastasia Besedina

Anastasia Besedina is an artist and illustrator. She was born and raised in Moscow. She studied at the Moscow Art School of Applied Arts, Faculty of Painting. After graduation, she worked as an illustrator at a publishing house, did illustrations for a children’s encyclopedia. After she illustrated the encyclopedia about dinosaurs, she collaborated with the paleontological museums of Russia and America. She has been doing oil painting for a long time, but for 13 years has been interested in watercolor. Now she cooks, draws to order and teaches painting for her own pleasure
She does not have any favorite themes in painting, she likes portraits, still life, landscape and flowers – all according to the mood. She is not a theorist, but a practitioner, she gets great pleasure from painting.
