Anna Rolskaya

Anna Rolskaya, a Lisbon-based artist, began her creative career as a hand lettering illustrator in Russia, where formal art training enriched her appreciation for intricate ornamentation and vibrant colors. After moving to Porto in 2015 to pursue a master’s degree at ESAD Matosinhos, she became a successful online calligraphy instructor and published author. During the pandemic, Anna transitioned to abstract art, establishing a studio in Lisbon where she creates vibrant, expressive works inspired by floral themes and traditional patterns. She continues to produce compelling art from her studio in the Sao Bento neighborhood.
