Garden of Memory

Noriaki is often inspired by the leaves of water lilies, and this work is no different. The shape of the water lily leaf behind the woman is an image, representing the woman’s memories and reminiscences. These expressions are also influenced by the Fukidashi of Japanese manga culture. When many memories overflow, like a leaf of water lily appearing on the water, it disappears.
