Life’s Breath

Ksenia Dermenzhi is a Moldavian young artist and a representative of Modern Expressionism. She has Bulgarian roots and has developed creative activity in her own country and London. She has studied art majoring in easel painting. In Ksenia's works, a deep palette of colors is intertwined with the unusual texture of paint cover, in which she skillfully combines abstract and physical forms, contrasting pasty spots with graphic elements. Her images are borderline with fiction and reality; the contrast of textures and colors creates additional strength and depth into which the viewer can immerse with their personal feelings and fantasies.
