Song of Love

Delawer Omar is a self-trained Swiss-Kurdish Artist, born in Syria. Growing up in an oppressed country, his family was forced to flee, now living in Switzerland for more than 20 years. He has been painting since he was a child, as a tool for him to express himself about what was going on around him, interested in what was going on around the world. Delawer started painting with oil and acrylics, but over time grew to be frustrated with the time it took to finish a piece. His goal was always to follow events and be up to date with what was going on. Five years ago, he discovered he could paint digitally. Falling in love with this method, it became his notebook with his brushes by his side so he could paint wherever he is and wherever he goes.
